Summit County ProStart
This summer I assisted in coaching the Summit County High School BBq Team. I had a great time doing this, and the kids had 3 top 10 awards in competition with the big boys. There is something to be proud of! Most of them had never done BBq on a competitive basis before, and I think some of them will be force to be reckoned with in a few short years.
